Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)

A Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) is a cycle in which the frozen embryos from a previous fresh IVF cycle are thawed and then transferred back into the woman’s uterus. The overall success rate with FET cycle is more than 50%. This procedure helps the couple to avoid repeated hormonal stimulation in a wife, as the remaining embryos left over after embryo transfer from the fresh cycle can be frozen and utilized for subsequent pregnancies or can be used if the pregnancy was not achieved by previous cycle
