PESA/TEFNA Treatments

In cases where the sperm count is zero or if count is extremely low with abnormal sperms , sperm can be obtained directly from testes or epididymis.  PESA / TEFNA procedures are done as outpatient and under local Anaesthesia.  Even if the track of sperm movement is blocked they can be retrieved by those methods.  Only ICSI can be done with these samples.
